Robyn Red:

In a busy renaissance of the country genre, Glasgow-based Robyn Red leads the way as one of the most exciting young talents in the UK - a claim backed up by a number of accolades. After a trip to the States to pick up gold at the World Championship of Perfoming arts, Robyn won consecutive Writer of The Year Award’s from Country Gigs Scotland. Doubling up with Young Female Artist of The Year in 2022.In March 2022 Robyn Red shared the Hydro Arena with Luke Combs and Ashley McBryde at Country 2 Country. The country pop maverick then took her crowd capturing acoustic arsenal across the UK. The latest of many festival performances in Millport intersected the busy rooms from Aberdeen to London, then graced the legendary King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut and Liverpool’s Cavern Club - twice in the former.

Amid the 2022 landmarks, Robyn Red released her debut single in June. ‘Like a Bullet’ gained the number one spot on Amazon’s country chart while reaching third on ITunes’. The melodic summer anthem, bathed in country twang, with over 60,000 streams is greatly received live to faithful crowd - setting the scene for a breakthrough 2023. Robyn Red’s inevitable debut headline is set for May of this year, seeing her latest infectious melodies fill the intimate Glasgow Garage Attic. For the first time, Robyn will take to the stage with a full band - adding an experienced hearty base for her dreamy bronze harmonies to fully flourish upon, in a sound well beyond her years.

‘Like A Bullet’ was Robyn’s first release in June 2022 and it hit number 1 on the Amazon Country chart, number 3 in the iTunes country chart, and 84 in the all-genre iTunes chart. In just over 6 months it reached over 50k streams on Spotify thanks to all her supportive fans. With other music in the works for 2023, Robyn is looking forward to a bigger and better year starting off with ‘Country On The Clyde’ in Glasgow in March and is returning to London to play ‘The Bedford’, with various country artist for a charity event. She will be returning to the Classic Grand in Glasgow to Support Laura Aston in June and be visiting Yorkshire for the first time to play ‘Holmfirth Tavern’ in February. 2023 is off to a great start with lots more amazing gigs still to be announced.
