Enjoy the custom of wassailing the apple trees in the garden - decorate them with good luck messages and sing songs to bring hope for a good harvest. Why not pop back later in the year to see if the apple trees have produced a fruitful harvest.

See a traditional banquet laid out to welcome visitors to the Great Hall.
