Frolicked is an outdoor puppet theatre company, creating performances for unusual spaces, with memorable, beautifully crafted characters. We’ve toured our intimate and engaging shows to delighted audiences across Europe.
Tabitha is a lively servant-maid ghost who has been around since Victorian times. Her busy schedule includes general hauntings, lots of waltzing and she’ll leave a light dusting wherever she apparates! Tabby will even serenade you, if you’re lucky… Saturday: Tabitha: 1.30pm, 3.00pm, 4.30pm.

The Alchemist is a medieval man who desperately wants to make a name for himself, and make a small fortune on the side. Unfortunately, in his latest (dangerous) attempt to make gold, his assistant has met a grisly end. As the Alchemist continues with his experiments, further hampered by a pair of mischievous rats and a very annoying bluebottle, he makes mistakes with catastrophic consequences! Saturday: The Alchemist: 12.30pm, 2.00pm, 3.30pm

Never Too Old; a long-suffering Grandpa and a stubborn Grandma battle it out for your attention and affections. This octogenarian Yorkshire couple are feisty, mobile (well, just about…) and they’re connected (they know what social media is… and they’re not afraid to use it!). Frolicked’s oldest duo provide a love story with a difference, proving that you’re never too old to do anything… Sunday: Never Too Old: 12.30pm, 2.00pm, 3.30pm

Arthur is an efficient and service driven usher with high expectations. He’ll clean anything (and anyone) with meticulous attention to detail. Be warned – you may already think you’re clean, but Arthur will make sure that you’re spotless! Sunday: Arthur: 1.30pm, 3.00pm, 4.30pm.
